Returns and Refunds for Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we offer full refunds or replacements at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation:
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours.
Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee that you’ll receive your item on time and as described. Our commitments include:
- Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (4 business days, excluding 2-5 business days for processing).
- Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
All our products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us via our contact page or at hello@pickherellc.com, and we will refund the purchase price.
Easy Returns:
